Aussie music feast at Geelong’s leading live band venue
January 11, 2017Music lovers in Geelong are in for a real treat over the next week at the city’s best live music party venue, The Wool Exchange Entertainment Complex.
We are preparing with great excitement to host two of Australia’s most popular rock and indie rock bands, The Jezabels and British India, on back-to-back nights next week.
Fresh from the Falls Music and Arts Festival tour across the new year period, The Jezabels will grace our Geelong live music party venue’s stage on Thursday night, January 19. The Sydney indie rockers join forces with Melbourne singer-songwriter and Triple J Unearthed artist Alex Lahey, who will open the show at The Wooly.
The very next night, Friday January 20, will see hugely popular Melbourne rockers British India bring their high-octane live show to The Wool Exchange Entertainment Complex. The 20-show, nationwide tour to launch their new single ‘I Thought We Knew Each Other’ is set to lift the roof of our Geelong live music party venue.
It’s one of the most highly anticipated weeks of live music we’ve hosted at The Wool Exchange Entertainment Complex and tickets are still available for both gigs. Opportunities to see some of Australia’s best music, on your doorstep, at Geelong’s premier live music party venue don’t happen often enough. So be sure to secure your tickets before they’re gone and we’ll see you at The Wooly.
