If you want your function to go off with the right kind of bang, book one of our Geelong function venues for your next party. At The Wool Exchange, we make it as easy as possible to host a great function, with a range of function rooms and food and drink packages available to suit your event.

We offer three versatile function rooms to suit a wide variety of celebrations and social and corporate events. From small, intimate parties to large-scale corporate functions, we have separated our function rooms into three stages.

Stage One incorporates our restaurant area and seating for up to 100 people, making it ideal for staff Christmas parties or formal receptions

Our Stage Two function room provides seating for up to 120 people, or standing room for up to 200 people. This function room is perfect for cocktail-style events and includes audio-visual equipment.

The upstairs ballroom is our Stage Three function venue, with seating for up to 300 guests plus room for a dance floor and stage for live music. Stretching out over two elegant levels, this function room suits larger industry events.

All function rooms for hire include built-in audio-visual equipment, with the option to arrange additional equipment as required.

We have a selection of four food and drink packages available with your function room hire, including two and three-course meals and cocktail catering. Ask our friendly team about how we can customise a food and drinks package to suit your event.
